We keep this short because we collect very little.

Free guides

When you ask for a free guide we store your email address, which guide you asked for, the date, your approximate country (from your connection) and whether you ticked the box to get our emails. We use it to give you the guide and — only if you ticked the box — to send you occasional emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider and merchant of record. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them. We receive your name, email and purchase details so we can support you and handle refunds.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data, and this site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. After a purchase we set one small cookie so your download page keeps working for 30 days, and we count how often download pages are opened (no personal data) to stop links being shared.

Where it's stored

This site and the email list are hosted on Cloudflare. Payment records are kept by Stripe.
